Ramco Autoparts Return Policy

This Return Policy governs Ramco Autoparts, LLC. acceptance of returns.

Proof of Purchase

With Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 30 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase or in a form of a private credit voucher or directly credited in the customer account; card must be present at time of return.

Without Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for an Ramco Autoparts Merchandise Credit. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 30 days.

Conditions

Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and electrical goods are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Sale Orders, Commercial Tools and equipment are all subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.

Ramco Autoparts, LLC reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. Ramco Autoparts, LLC reserves the right to require a valid photo ID that will be recorded at the time of return. Applicable information from your ID will be retained, subject to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Ramco Autoparts, LLC and its affiliates use to authorize returns. We accept the following IDs for returns: Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card or Border Crossing Card.

Return Process

All returns are to be authorized by our support center. Return shipment is to be paid by customer except when return labels are supplied by our support center.

Warranty Returns

The warranty period is 30 days from your date of purchase or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original sales receipt. Please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy for specific details or contact our Support Center.

Obtaining an Online Receipt

You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email as well as in the “My Orders” section of Your Account. If you did not register with us and cannot locate your Order Confirmation email, please contact Support at 1-305-359-3639, send email to [email protected] or open a Ticket in our Site.
